Resolve Wellness LLC is to foster health and wholeness of body, mind, and spirit by creating retreats, seminars, workshops and classes that support each individual’s decision to walk the path of an integrated and balanced life. The age old traditions of faith, yoga, prayer and meditation, body awareness, and breath work are our tools for the journey. We believe in the integrity of the human body, the divinity within the human person, and the power of every person to make choices that can bring peace; peace for the individual and peace for a suffering world.
Resolve Wellness LLC offers a safe and supportive environment for instruction in gentle yoga practices, meditation, yoga nidra, and guided visualization. These practices are empowering and can be integrated in all areas of your life; physical, emotional, and spiritual. We will come to the location of your choice for short seminars, introductory yoga instruction, days of recollection, and Christ centered yoga through our Prayer of Heart and Body instruction. We can also design programs specific to your needs. We host events throughout the year at local retreat centers. These retreats provide time and space to relax and renew within a community of like-minded seekers.
The popularity of yoga in the West has been on the rise for the last twenty years.
